WSMA Resolution Submittal Form

RESOLUTION DEADLINE HAS PASSED!

Resolutions received after midnight on August 27, 2026, will not be posted in the virtual reference committee. Per the WSMA Bylaws, late resolution submissions will be distributed on Saturday morning of the House of Delegates and will require consent of two-thirds of the House at the opening session to be considered by the House this year.

This submission form is for final resolutions only. Please do not write your draft resolution using this tool. We recommend drafting and finalizing your resolution in a Word or other document of choice before submitting your final resolution via this tool. If you wish to get feedback from WSMA staff before submission, email your draft in pdf or Word format to policy@wsma.org.

After submitting this form, our policy team will use this information to format a final resolution version and send it to you for your approval.

Proposed resolutions require at least 2 sponsors which must both be current WSMA members and named delegates. Each resolution should include supporting information (WHEREAS clauses) and proposed actions (RESOLVE clauses).
